Terms of Service

Moscow. Effective from June 2, 2026

1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between Biznes Reshenie LLC (NAURBIEV TECH brand) (the “Provider”, “we”) and any individual or legal entity using the website https://ai-telephone.com and/or the AiTelephone voice AI call automation service (the “Service”).

1.2. The Service enables automated outbound and inbound phone calls using AI agents, scenario configuration, call recording, analytics and related tools.

1.3. This Agreement is a public offer under Articles 435 and 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Acceptance occurs when you submit a form on the Site, start using the Service, or pay for services.

1.4. We may amend this Agreement unilaterally by publishing an updated version on the Site. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new version.

2. Definitions

  • Site — https://ai-telephone.com and related pages.
  • Service — the AiTelephone software and voice AI platform.
  • User — a person or company that uses the Site or Service.
  • Test drive — a limited demo of the Service, including free test calls upon request.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. The Provider grants the User the right to use the Site and Service under these Terms and selected pricing plan.

3.2. The User agrees to use the Service lawfully, provide accurate contact details, and obtain all required consents from persons whose data or phone numbers are used in calling campaigns.

4. Rights and obligations

4.1. The Provider shall:

  • provide access to the Service according to the agreed scope;
  • ensure reasonable confidentiality of data as described in the Privacy Policy;
  • provide support on service usage issues.

4.2. The User shall:

  • not use the Service for spam, fraud, unlawful marketing or prohibited content;
  • not interfere with the operation of the Service;
  • timely pay for paid plans when applicable;
  • indemnify the Provider against claims arising from the User’s unlawful use of phone databases or scripts.

4.3. The Provider may suspend access in case of violation of these Terms or applicable law.

5. Pricing and payment

5.1. Service fees are listed on the Site and may be updated by publishing new tariffs.

5.2. A test drive and demo calls may be provided free of charge at the Provider’s discretion.

5.3. Paid services are provided after agreement on scope and payment unless otherwise stated on the Site.

6. Intellectual property

6.1. Software, design, texts, logos and other materials of the Site and Service belong to the Provider or its licensors.

6.2. The User retains rights to their own scripts, knowledge bases and business data uploaded to the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1. The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific business results from automated calls.

7.2. The Provider is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, or failures caused by telecom operators, third-party APIs or force majeure.

7.3. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the Service in the last 3 months, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

8. Personal data

Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. By submitting forms on the Site, you consent to such processing.

9. Final provisions

9.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
